Overview

NXP Media ("NXP Media," "we," "us," or "our") operates nxpmedia.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or interact with the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide directly. If you email us, call us, or book a consultation, we receive whatever information you choose to share — such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, and the contents of your message.
• Appointment scheduling. Our consultation booking page uses Google Calendar's appointment scheduling tool, embedded directly on the Site. When you book a time, the information you enter (name, email, and any details you provide) is collected and processed by Google, not stored on our own servers. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Estimate questionnaire. If you use the estimate form on our Contact page, we collect the answers you give (such as your business type and size, the services you are interested in, how often you want to post, and your ad budget range), along with your name, your email address, and your phone number if you choose to provide it.
• Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the advertising tools we use may automatically collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. Through cookies and similar technologies, this can also include identifiers that help us measure our advertising (see "Cookies and Tracking" below).

Third-Party Services

The Site loads fonts directly from Google Fonts. Loading these fonts may cause your browser to send a request (including your IP address) to Google's servers. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

When you submit the estimate questionnaire, your answers are sent to a script that runs in our Google Workspace account. It calculates your estimate and emails it to you through Gmail. A copy of your submission is emailed to us and may also be recorded in a Google spreadsheet we control. Google processes this data on our behalf, and its handling is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

The Site is hosted by Hostinger. Standard server logs (such as IP address and request data) may be collected as part of normal hosting operations.

We use the Google tag and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how well our advertising performs. When you visit the Site, Google may collect information about your visit, such as your IP address, device and browser information, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the Site, and may place or read cookies on your device. When you complete the estimate questionnaire, or take another action we track as a conversion, an event is reported to Google. Google handles this information under Google's Privacy Policy. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
• To calculate and email you the estimate you requested
• To follow up with you about your estimate or our services, by email or phone
• To provide, manage, and communicate about our services
• To improve the Site and understand how it's used
• To measure and improve the performance of our advertising
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site, mainly through the Google tag we use for advertising measurement. These can include advertising identifiers that help us understand which ads led someone to contact us. Other services embedded on the Site, such as Google Calendar and Google Fonts, may also set their own cookies or use similar technologies, governed by their respective privacy policies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, although parts of the Site may not work as intended. You can also manage Google's personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.

The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses of your information for advertising. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
